This skillshare will walk you through fundamental principles of awareness and disclosure, self-regulation, and emotional mirroring language. These principles apply to emotionally elevated, high-stress settings such as customer service, volunteer work, and protest actions. The skillshare will engage participants in a facilitated, non-hierarchical discussion group in which all are encouraged to share their experiences, their strategies, and their support with one another.
