changing the current activities.
Whole-body scanning to focus the mind on the sensations in all parts of the body.
Gentle-Yoga stretching - toes and fingers to the eyes, to develop a flexible body.
Work with thoughts, feelings, and needs without feeling stressed.
Payment Terms
- The FIRST three meetings are FREE for each attendee.
- From the fourth meeting onwards, I request each attendee to make some payment based on (1) the value of the meeting, and (2) their financial situation. No one will be denied the benefit of these meetings.
