What we’re about

What's happening Stockholm. We are firing up a local MLOps chapter for this amazing city!

The MLOps Community fills the need to share real-world Machine Learning Operations best practices from engineers in the field. While MLOps shares a lot of ground with DevOps, the differences are as big as the similarities. We needed a community laser-focused on solving the unique challenges we deal with every day building production ML pipelines.

We’re in this together. Come learn with us in a community open to everyone. Share knowledge. Ask questions. Get answers.

You can check out our Slack or our podcast that’s filled with tips and tricks to overcoming the common obstacles we’ve all hit in the real world. Find the solutions you need. Share, learn, and grow with us, as we work to bring standardization to the chaotic world of MLOps

Sovereign AI - Datacenters & AI Factories

AI Sweden, Folkungagatan 44, Stockholm, SE

    All right!!!

Our next meetup will take place October 16 at AI Sweden!

This time, we'll focus on Sovereign AI in the context of Datacenters and AI Factories. There is a tremendous amount stuff happening in this area mainly driven by geopolitical dynamics (such as Europe waking up to the risks inherent in having 90% of European data managed by Team Orange) and the energy demands of AI compute. In combination, these two dimensions have created a perfect storm for Sovereign AI. So what better topic for a meetup?

I'm super excited to welcome onboard our sponsor Scandinavian Datacenters (who are taking the energy problematics of AI compute head on with their sustainability first approach) and local start-up legends Berget AI (who are spinning up a sovereign AI compute option solid enough for the Swedish Central Bank to execute some of their sensitive workloads in their facilities - ref: https://www.di.se/digital/riksbanken-gor-kanslig-ai-analys-hos-uppstickare/).

And now we just got confirmation from Triform that they can join us and share how they are making it possible to build sovereign AI Agents!

Our final speaker is now also confirmed! Local superstar Jim Dowling, Co-Founder and CEO of Hopsworks will share findings from their recent survey Sovereign AI - Global Survey Insights on Building Trustworthy AI Systems and bring to light how leading organizations are translating the concept of Sovereign AI into operational reality—balancing compliance, infrastructure, and data control to build scalable, future-ready systems.

The program details are still being worked out, so stay tuned for further updates. It's gonna be a banger of a meetup!

    Event Program

    - Doors open at 17:00 CET

    - Talks begin at 17:45 CET

    - There will be light food & drinks

    - The moderated Q&A session will kick off around 19:30 CET.

    Speaker Line-Up TBD.

    • Christian Landgren, Co-Founder Berget AI

    • Svante Horn, Co-Founder & CEO at **Scandinavian Datacenters **will give a talk titled "Building an ecosystem of energy, compute and heat to maximize societal benefit". Abstract: Scandinavian Data Centers works to create maximum social benefit per allocated MW by using all parts of data center operations and finding new revenues and cost savings while doing so. We do this not only because it is the right way forward, but also because it helps to lower the final price for our customers. This approach has led us to build an ecosystem that integrates energy, data center operations and heat recovery. We are currently the only data center company in the world that starts by analyzing the structure of the district heating network before designing and building our data centers. Together with our partners - the Nordic region's largest IT company Atea and the Nordic region's largest listed real estate company Balder - we are proud to contribute to strengthening Sweden's, and by extension Europe's, digital resilience.

    • Iggy Gullstrand, Founder Triform, will give a talk titled "Building Sovereign AI Agents". Iggy will cover things such as: how it all started, human/AI interoperability, Lovable for agents, inference at scale and also do a demo.

    • Jim Dowling, Co-Founder and CEO of Hopsworks will give a talk titled "Findings from Sovereign AI - Global Survey Insights on Building Trustworthy AI Systems" and bring to light how leading organizations are translating the concept of Sovereign AI into operational reality—balancing compliance, infrastructure, and data control to build scalable, future-ready systems.

Looking forward to seeing you there,
    /Patrick
