What we’re about
Finding your tribe for spiritual growth and connection is the purpose of this group. Are you interested in things like Reiki, the energy body/aura, energy protection for empaths, grounding techniques, meditation, manifesting techniques, conscious connected breathwork, sound healing, crystals, tarot, lucid dreaming, mental mediumship and psychic development? Do you enjoy talking to like-minded people about these sorts of things? Would you like to get to know people on all kinds of spiritual paths? Wouldn't it be wonderful to chat in a safe and friendly environment without judgement? Would you like to exchange healing treatments if you are qualified or learn Reiki? There's room for everybody in this friendship group; let's celebrate your uniqueness! Courage takes you forwards and that's where we are going. So take a leap of faith and join our Cambridge social group for the spiritually curious! We will try new things online, offered by me and by our members. Let's see what we can come up with to co-create a playfully curious group of spiritual souls who can gleefully play the game of this human life, offering love and compassion for the self and for the friends we meet along the way, as we unfold our gifts with the support and company of friends who care deeply and want the best for each other.
If you are interested in spiritual self development through reiki training with the emphasis on support and friendship, do look out for courses and Reiki shares in this group. We have Reiki enthusiasts of all levels and training who enjoy sharing healing and learning from each other once a month in a small, informal group organised by Christine, Usui Reiki Master and founder of Untie The String Natural Healing. Christine also offers bespoke training for groups of 2-4 students in Level One: Healer, Level Two: Practitioner and Level Three: Master. The emphasis is on original Japanese methods, with western training also included. There is also a focus on grounding and protection. Ongoing mentoring and fellowship is offered through the Reiki Shares and other Reiki workshops and retreats. More details at www.untiethestring.com

Give the gift of Reiki to your friends! You will be sharing some lovely Reiki treatments with each other at this relaxing Reiki share
- What will we do at the share? We usually have half an hour of circle time with a cup of tea while we catch up with friends, ask questions and set intentions. Then a short meditation before we move to the treatment tables to exchange reiki. We usually exchange reiki in groups of 3, giving two treatments of 20-25 minutes and receiving one treatment. We have 5 minutes in between treatments for feedback. At the end there is another circle time to ask questions and say goodbye. The focus is on giving support to others, both healing and support on our Reiki journeys. We are all at different stages and you are welcome to join in from the moment you have received your Level 1 training. We have a good mix of Level 1 members and members who are at Level 2 and a couple of Reiki Masters are also in the group.
- What to bring? Please don't forget your blanket and pillow!!!! You are welcome to bring a portable step or eye mask or knee support if you need them. I will provide the tea and biscuits. You are always welcome to bring special milk or biscuits if you have specific dietary requirements.
- How much is it? The event is £15 payable in advance.
- How do I pay? This is the link to pay via the GDPR compliant booking calendar hosted by bookaby Some may wish to pay cash for the following month's event when I see you at a Reiki Shares (Cash needs to be in an envelope with your name on it and the date you want to pay for.)
- What is the cancellation policy? Refunds are given in the unlikely event that the Reiki share is cancelled. Tickets are otherwise non transferable and non refundable. The share will be cancelled if less than 4 people have registered. I may move participants from 'going' to 'not going' if a booking remains unpaid, so that I can organise the share for the correct number of people and offer places to anyone waiting.
