What we’re about
Eric’s journey spans 50 years of dedicated practice across the depths of Eastern tradition and Western integration. Having spent a decade living in a traditional Ashram, he was initiated into advanced practices of Kundalini, TM, and Babaji’s Kriya Yoga, eventually practicing in the Indian Himalayas during the Maha Kumbh Mela.
However, his most profound transformation came from bridging these ancient techniques with modern trauma work (EMDR). Eric approaches Zen not as a performance of perfection, but as a "Full Color" reclamation of the self. He facilitates from a place of radical inclusion—offering a space where the infinite and the deeply human can coexist.
This group will have a Zen focus. The purpose being to elevate our level of everyday consciousness to allow for a richer and happier life. A life of increased awareness for the truth and how that truth contributes to our sense of personal freedom. We will use practical methods of meditation based on Zazen, as well as group discussion and intellectual processing of highly spiritual thought. All of this to find our inner true self, that inner peace and stillness. The silence. All are welcome. No experience necessary. We all have the infinite nature within us. Each of us the same. There's nothing to attain. We have had it all along. It's our birthright. There will be no leader or follower. The group consciousness is the vehicle. Each person contributing. No special dress. No special props. Just ourselves.
