What we’re about
This group is for lovers of Korean dramas and other Asian TV, movies, music (K-Pop!), books, food and culture. Since Evelyn Angry-Smith founded this group in early 2015, we’ve enjoyed movie nights, K-Drama premieres, holiday parties and NYC trips. We also explored restaurants in CT, NY and MA.
In 2020 we went virtual due to the pandemic. We hope to restart in-person Meetups if possible in 2021, and we’ll continue virtual Meetups since many of us don’t live near CT.

Let’s meet at 2pm on Saturday, 5/17 at Putters Paradise Mini Golf (aka Berlin Batting Cages) at 1801 Berlin Tpke in Berlin, CT. There’s a lot of fun stuff to do here – mini-golf, go-karts, bumper boats, and batting cages!
At 4pm, let’s eat an early dinner at The Pho Bar at 224 Berlin Tpke and chat about the K-Dramas we’re watching. For dessert, let’s check out T-Swirl Crepe (also at 224 Berlin Tpke) for milk tea and Japanese crepes! T-Swirl Crepe is my favorite dessert spot in the area and we hope you love it too!
