South East Essex Social Group

We are a friendly group open to all ages, singles and couples. We hold a variety of local social events, mostly free of charge, in and around Southend and Rayleigh with the odd excursion to London. Occasionally we have weekend trips away further afield.

We have very few rules but there are a couple which are for the benefit of all :

1. Please have a clear picture of yourself on your profile
2. Do not behave in a way that may make others feel uncomfortable. Continued behaviour deemed unacceptable by the admins will result in you being removed. We very rarely have to do this and hope to keep it that way.
3. We understand plans can change at the last minute but those who keep saying yes to an event and then don't turn up with no notification will be removed.

Most importantly have a laugh and have fun. Everyone is very sociable and we're all out to have a good night

There is a £7.50 annual fee payable once you have been to at least 3 events and therefore have had an opportunity to see if this group is for you. This fee covers our annual meetup group fee and also allows us to do block bookings, pay deposits etc.

P.S. There is no need to reply no to an event if you do not wish to attend, the "NO" button is for people who have replied yes but are no longer able to attend.
