Mat & Mingle: Vinyasa & Myofascial Release with Michelle & Lynne
Holistic Health Hive, 380 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH, USMat & Mingle is a cozy, community-centered yoga experience designed to bring people together both on and off the mat.
