About me
My name is Vika, I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for more than 7 years. My classes are accessible to everyone - age, gender, and experience don’t matter. I offer simple variations for beginners and more advanced options for experienced practitioners, so you can feel safe and supported at your own pace.

Good to know
• Where: We’ll meet on the embankment near the Anemone sculpture (Matosinhos) before the class, then head to the beach to find a nice spot.
• Duration: 1-1.5 hours
• Cost: Free (donations are welcome, but not mandatory)
• Bring: Yoga mat and a warm sweater for after practice

Hi there! I’m Margarita, a professional artist and teacher with 14 years of professional education experience. On this special day of Frida Kahlo’s birthday, let’s honor her fearless art by painting our own portraits!

In this workshop, we’ll paint ourselves in Frida’s unique style. Her life story, our own appearance and the nature around will be our inspiration! I’ll guide you with simple gouache techniques - perfect for beginners. While we paint, we’ll explore Frida’s world: her life path, her love for nature, and her iconic eyebrows }:) Afterward, we’ll gather for heartfelt conversation, sharing our creations and inspirations. Come as you are, and let’s paint our stories!

What to bring
• I recommend bringing a picnic blanket or sitting mat, sunglasses, and a water bottle for your comfort.
• Feel free to bring a camera to capture the special moments - we'd love to see your perspective!
