This group is for people who want to make their health and well-being a priority. I created this group to help people have a place to go (and people to be with) to learn and engage in healthy behavior.
We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Holistic Health.
Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul on this journey of wellness and self-discovery.

These sound bath meditations are designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the mind, body, and spirit, and alleviate symptoms of what might be identified as depression and anxiety. This therapy combined with the healing atmosphere of 10,000 lbs. of Himalayan salt & halo-therapy, will leave you feeling centered and whole.

NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.

Feel like you’re repeating old patterns, but can’t seem to move forward?
Come unblock yourself and join us at Synchronicities in Sandy for our Moon Meditation Sessions.We will deep dive into your subconscious, encounter the shadow self and overcome weaknesses in a safe and healing space.
By healing old wounds and releasing the old self, you can incorporate the light and dark sides of yourself into a more empowered being. It is our goal to help you achieve a more integrated, authentic and aware self at the end of six sessions.Every dark moon session involves deep shadow work meditations, kundalini yoga, journaling and suggested sharing.
Full moon sessions involve conscious rewiring meditations, hatha yoga, journaling and again, suggested sharing.

Please bring the following items to have an exceptional experience for each class: Yoga mat, mantra beads/necklace, journal, pen, water, Kleenex, socks, towel. We will provide a blanket and pillow.
