This group is for people who want to make their health and well-being a priority. I created this group to help people have a place to go (and people to be with) to learn and engage in healthy behavior.
We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Holistic Health.
Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul on this journey of wellness and self-discovery.

Change Limiting Beliefs, A Guided Meditation in the Selenite Cave - with Patty

Over time, some beliefs and perceptions may become outdated or no longer serve our best interests. When we can let go of perceptions or beliefs that no longer align with our true self, we open the door to new possibilities.
Releasing old perceptions allows us to make new choices, empowering us to create a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Join Patty in the Selenite Cave ONCE A MONTH ON THE FIRST TUESDAY, a sacred space designed for reflection, healing, clarity and renewal, an ideal place for this guided journey.During this guided meditation, we will have the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and perceptions. Give yourself permission and embrace the opportunity to choose again, opening the door to a brighter, more authentic future.
Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment.
