This group is for people who want to make their health and well-being a priority. I created this group to help people have a place to go (and people to be with) to learn and engage in healthy behavior.
We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Holistic Health.
Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul on this journey of wellness and self-discovery.

Salt Cave Events with Ers - Guided Sound Bath Meditation (every other Friday)
Synchronicities, 9419 South Union Square, suite A, Sandy , UT, USThese sound bath meditations are designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the mind, body, and spirit, and alleviate symptoms of what might be identified as depression and anxiety. This therapy combined with the healing atmosphere of 10,000 lbs. of Himalayan salt & halo-therapy, will leave you feeling centered and whole.
Please note that These events allow 10 participants each.

NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided.
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
**Recommended checking with your Dr. for those with Heart Health questions.

Hi there! I’m Brooklyn! I’m a yoga instructor, a psychic medium and an intuitive being with a deep passion for helping people and Mother Earth in all the ways I can. Come join me and other women in bringing more light into our lives! This is a space for us to heal together and create a community for each other full of unconditional love, non judgement and peace.
As we gather here, I will guide us through opportunities to get to know each other in deeper ways, share our experiences, times for journaling and self reflection and times to just be and breathe together. We will also explore a short cacao ceremony and meditation here. This is a safe space for you to just be who you are, no matter what place of healing you are in!
Bring your favorite journal, a mug if you have one, crystals, a blanket and anything else you want to bring to support you while you’re here. I look forward to meeting you and exploring this space with you! Peace and love!
