Let's meet up and have fun doing yoga on a paddleboard, SUP (Standup Paddleboard) Yoga! All levels of yogis and paddlers welcome. We will meet at diverse locations throughout San Diego some of which are Mission Bay, Coronado, Carlsbad and Liberty Station. We will paddle to beautiful places, flow through yoga and practice afterwards. Lori teaches kundalini yoga with mix of postures for warm ups and balance. Emily started this group to share the amazing mental and physical benefits of paddle board yoga with other like-minded people. We have also partnered with paddleboard providers to offer members discounts on board rentals. Looking forward to seeing you on the water!

Join ONE BAY AT A TIME on May 2nd-5th 2025 for a substance- free women’s retreat in beautiful San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico. This energizing event will be held at an historic beach house close to town and steps from the bay. We will enjoy 3 energizing days of healthy eating, daily yoga, sound meditation, yoga on a paddleboard, sailing (Friday), paddleboarding and a Temezcal (Sunday) hosted by BajaCali Botanica. Before March 1: Full amount minus $250 non-refundable deposit
Before April 1: 75% of amount paid minus $250 non-refundable deposit
After April 1: no refund.
