Anastasia State Park
$4 per individual in a car
$8 for 2-8 people per car
First parking lot on left after Anastasia Water Sports (see event photo w/red “x”); it has sign “for trailers” & is near boardwalk.
Optional:
Meet at sand parking lot around the bend from Surf Station; near red “Nalu’s” food truck to car pool into the park at 5:15pm (see photo red circle). Please be on time.
Please state in your RSVP “car pool” if you will meet us to car pool before going into the park. If not, it will mean you are driving into the park on your own.
Wear gear suitable to walk in sand & salt water.
The state park has bathrooms & showers to wash off our feet when we finish the walk.
We will begin with a few minutes of breath work to get present & unwind from the day. We will Learn about the natural in-tact dune system & the birds nesting here as we walk along the waterline. We will have mindfulness prompts throughout the walk. We will head back the way we came, ending with a round of breath work.
