This meeting is a networking opportunity for those who are innovating in Agriculture. We foster communication between Ag innovators and enthusiasts to generate ideas and opportunities bringing positive impact to North Carolina and beyond.
We welcome community members interested in creating the future in agriculture: growers, founders, R&D, engineering and tech professionals, veterans, investors, students, makers and back yard enthusiasts. The group holds meetings in various formats and locations and serves as forum for Future Focused Agriculture networking.

About the Speaker:
Dr. Sharon Inch is a plant pathologist and agricultural research leader with 15+ years of experience in crop protection, disease management, and sustainable agriculture. She holds a Ph.D. in Botany from the University of Manitoba.
Dr. Inch brings extensive expertise in business development, strategic planning, and regulatory affairs. She has led cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles, securing North American and European regulatory approvals while managing strategic industry partnerships. Her background encompasses regulatory strategy, permitting, compliance, and stewardship program development.
Currently, Dr. Inch operates two complementary ventures: SoilSync, an agricultural consulting firm specializing in plant and soil health assessment, microbiome analysis, biologicals screening (bio-pesticides, bio-stimulants, bio-fertilizers), disease trials, and resistance evaluations through controlled greenhouse and cabinet trial capabilities; and AgVision Analytics, a precision, high-throughput phenotyping system that empowers plant breeders with advanced AI-driven image analysis tools to enhance precision and accelerate decision-making.
