We offer an annual calendar of events, days out with a difference and great value short breaks, as well as ticket-only events. We include complimentary days out as part of our short breaks. If those days out involve visiting places of interest, we pass on group rates directly to you!
We welcome suggestions for new places to visit from our members too…if you’ve experienced a really great place, then tell us about it, we love to plan visits to new places and share with our members.
We can only confirm our excursions subject to reaching the minimum number of people booking, so please help spread the word and we hope to see you for some REAL Socialising soon!

Hampton Court Food Festival, with River Cruise Option

Not only do you get to enjoy the magnificence of Henry VIII’s Hampton Court Palace, explore some of its 60 acres of gardens, you can also enjoy all the fun of their annual Food Festival, then if that’s not enough, you can enjoy an optional 75 min cruise to Richmond too.
The Hampton Court Palace Food Festival is back in August where you can delight in new dishes, discover a new favourite flavour, while away the hours with some traditional garden games, and enjoy the sweet melodies from the live music performers!

Join our visit for a ‘Royal Day Out’ which includes entry to all three venues, Buckingham Palace State Rooms, The Royal Mews and the new Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life in Style exhibition at The Kings Gallery.
The King’s Gallery: Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life in Style. Featuring approximately 200 items, many on display for the first time, this is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition of the late Queen’s fashion ever mounted. Alongside clothing, jewellery, hats, shoes and accessories, explore never-before-seen design sketches, fabric samples and handwritten correspondence. Highlights include her bridesmaid dress, wedding dress, Coronation dress and the ensemble worn for the wedding of Princess Margaret.
The Royal Mews; one of the finest working stables in existence and responsible for all road travel arrangements for The King and members of the Royal Family. You will see historic coaches and carriages, including the Gold State Coach, which has been used at every coronation since that of George IV in 1821.
he State Rooms; Your Royal Day Out ends with a tour through the magnificent State Rooms in Buckingham Palace which are used by The King for ceremonial occasions and official entertaining. Each room is furnished with many of the treasures from the Royal Collection, including paintings by Rembrandt and Rubens; sculpture by Canova; and some of the finest English and French furniture in the world.
With around 4-5 hours at the Palace, your day ends with a walk through the Royal garden, with splendid views of the Palace and the famous lake!

costumes, and special effects. A truly romantic tragedy, this beautiful story is set against one of the West End’s most memorable scores that includes hit songs such as “The Music of the Night”, “All I Ask of You”, “Think of Me”, and of course, “The Phantom of the Opera”The haunting The Phantom of the Opera musical story is adapted from Gaston Leroux’s novel of the same name and is set in the heart of the Paris Opera House. As young ballet dancer Christine Daae becomes the object of The Phantom’s secret affection, he manipulates her career at the expense and horror of the Opera House staff and stars.

Our hotel is the modern 3-star Aparthotel Adagio Access Rouen Centre Cathédrale is ideally positioned on the historic site of the former Palais des Consuls in the heart of Rouen.
