Thank you for viewing our About Us Page and taking an interest in R Club ( Your Club ).
We are simply a Social Club for Un-Attached 50+ giving us all an opportunity to meet new single friends and enhance our social lives.
Our age group is 50s - 60s however, we do have older and younger members. ( Age is only a Number ).

We organise Private Social Nights with Live 70s- 80s Music, at least 2 All Inclusive Holidays per annum, Overnight Stays including Big Band Nights @ the Bushtown Hotel Coleraine, Club Open Days & Quiz's etc. In an attempt to keep our members together at an event we will always do our utmost ( venue permitting ) to reserve seating specifically for R Club. All of the above in our Relaxed Atmosphere and in the company of our very genuine members.

Members suggestions for additional events such as Coffee Mornings, Cinema Evenings and Walks etc will be Posted and Promoted on our meetup.com website.

You are welcome to come along to any event and see what R Club has to offer you. Just let Michael know which event you wish to attend and if you will be bringing a friend along, or if you would like to be met at the venue and introduced to other members.

We do not need any personal details other than a mobile number or email address so we can keep you updated on all social events etc.

As an R Club member you will also receive a 10% discount on all Food and Drinks etc at The VOCO Hotel Belfast on presentation of your valid members card when requesting your bill. You will also receive a special R Club 10% discount at the Bar in The MOXY Hotel Belfast on the days we have a get-together at this venue.

Only after you are satisfied R Club has something to offer, you can become a member by paying our membership fee of £20 for 6 months or £30 for 12 months. This can be paid at an R Club Open Day or any R Club Meetup/Event.

By attending / taking part in any R Club event you and your guests are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
We enjoy socialising - so don't spoil it for us and the group. We therefore reserve the right to exclude people who are disruptive and show uncooperative, ill-mannered and welfare (to others) threatening behaviors. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any other person including organisers of this group. We reserve the right to remove your membership (and all of your content), and terminate your rights under these Terms of Use without notice if you take part in this conduct. We are NOT a travel agent or booking agent and at best assist members with bookings etc. At no time are we liable for any costs that you might incur or would have incurred before being excluded from our group. Once again, we are a meetup group - an 'unincorporated association' and NOT a company, organisation or a charity - we have NO legal or financial obligations over any of our members. The best way to see our group is you have a bunch of friends to attend events with!
WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INSURANCE COVER FOR MEMBERS, GUESTS OR ANYONE TAKING PART IN ANY ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND eg MEETUPS, WALKS, OUTINGS. DANCING, TRAIN /BUS / BOAT/ PLANE/ CAR JOURNEYS, WEEKENDS AWAY, HOLIDAYS ETC. ETC. IT IS UP TO MEMBERS, GUESTS AND ANYONE TAKING PART IN AN EVENT TO BE AWARE THAT THEY MUST HAVE THEIR OWN INSURANCE COVER.
