Qi Gong is a part of traditional Chinese medicine that views and treats the body, mind and the environment as a whole. Qi Gong practices include slow body movements, meditation, and special breathing techniques. Qi Gong students can experience deep relaxation, concentration and a peaceful, clear mind. In addition, Qi Gong practices help to clear energy blockages and improve blood circulation in the body. In this class, students will learn Qi Gong exercises to increase flexibility, improve balance, reduce stress, increase concentration, and rejuvenate the mind, body, spirit and more!
The cost for attending eight Saturday classes is $65 for Non-Greenburgh residents, and $54 for Greenburgh residents.
