Let's introduce you to a global meditation that has been proven to release stress, anxiety, bring a sense of inner calm and leave you feeling recharged. Simple, effective and practised across the world, Twin Hearts Meditation is a must have tool to help you maintain good health and mental wellness.
Enjoy some breathwork ahead of the meditation along with some gentle movement and end this wellbeing evening by experiencing a short Pranic Healing treatment with a local Pranic Therapist.
Designed to increase happiness, reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote calmness these sessions are here to help leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
These wellbeing evenings are held every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. We would love for you to try one out, simply bring yourself along, drop in and see for yourself the difference it can make to how you feel.
It's free to attend, we welcome donations in support of MCKS Charitable Foundation UK (Registered charity no. 1188773). This charity provide food into schools across the UK to help pupils and families in need.
