This group is for anyone who wants to slow down, move with awareness, and reconnect with themselves. Together we’ll practice:

🌬️ Pranayama – breathing techniques to restore balance and energy
🪷 Meditation – practices that calm the mind and deepen self-awareness
No experience is needed – all levels are welcome.
