What we’re about
Welcome. We are a group of women aged 50+. We reside in and around Charlotte, NC. Our goal is to create a circle of friends that grow to rely on each other for support, laughs, growth, strength, and lasting memories. We are building a safe place to be yourself, learn from each others life experiences, share interests, and grow meaningful friendships. We like to plan activities multiple times per month that include, restaurants, shows, parks, shopping, music, art, learning, and much more. We also plan to give back to the community through intermittent volunteer work. We highly encourage suggestions and ideas to plan new events. With that said, our hosts spend a lot of time planning these wonderful events, and the members rely on each other to attend once they commit. Multiple "no shows" and “same day changes of RSVP from yes to no” are not acceptable. Life happens and sometimes it can't be avoided, but 24 hours notice is requested. We feel this protects the integrity of the groups mission to respect all members as a whole.
