What we’re about

🍷 Palo Alto Blind Wine Society

Taste. Learn. Guess. Repeat.

We’re a community of wine lovers, sommeliers-in-training, and curious sippers who meet weekly in Palo Alto to refine our palates through blind tasting. Each week, we explore 4–8 wines completely blind—working through sight, nose, palate, and structure before the reveal.

What to Expect
•           A structured blind tasting format with deductive sheets
•           Weekly rotating themes (Cabernet showdown, Spanish reds, bubbles, Italy’s gems, etc.)
•           Friendly, inclusive discussion — no wine snobbery
•           A professional yet relaxed setting for learning and connection

How It Works
•           Bring **1 bottle each** that matches the theme (wrapped to stay blind); $25+ suggested spend (K&L is a great option)
•           I provide glassware, water, light snacks, tasting sheets, and guided discussion
•           Space is limited. If full, join the waitlist—spots usually open. Please update your RSVP early if you can’t attend so others can join.

Who Should Join
•           Wine professionals (restaurant, retail, winery, distributor)
•           Students of wine certifications (CMS, WSET, SWS, etc.)
•           Beginners eager to learn by tasting
•           Anyone who loves wine, community, and a good challenge

📅 Monday Nights @ 7:00 PM – RSVP & Confirmation Required!
