Over 30s 6aside football played on astro turf caged pitches with in built goals and overhead netting. Friendly and welcoming group.
Match rules:
Keeper can’t come out the area.
Goals can’t be scored from within the area with the exception of headers.
No sliding tackles.
Everyone takes a turn in goal.
Pitch rules:
No bladed or studded boots.
