This is an anti-aging workout which is best described as a mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga and Jazzercize.
Great for people who want more flexibility and mobility
If you or someone you know that deals with back pain, hip pain, arthritis, knee pain or neck pain, you want to do this exercise.
We will move to beautiful music with balloons and our exercise mats in a low impact exercise format. This is a proven workout for over 20 years.
