Let's read plays aloud on Zoom together (scripts will be displayed so you can read along). New play ideas are always welcome - just no musicals, as not all of us can sing!
Character sign-ups are first come, first serve. Choose your favorite - age, gender, etc. do not matter!
And if you want to dive deeply into the character, costumes and makeup are more than welcome!

Clue: On Stage by Jonathan Lynn
·OnlineOnlineIt’s a dark and stormy night, and our cast of oddball characters has been invited to a very unusual dinner party. Each of the guests has an alias, the butler offers a variety of weapons, and the host is, well, dead. So whodunit? Join the iconic oddballs known as Scarlet, Plum, White, Green, Peacock and Mustard as they race to find the murderer in Boddy Manor before the body count stacks up. Based on the cult classic film and the popular board game, Clue is a madcap comedy that will keep you guessing until the final twist.

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Kendall
·OnlineOnlineSet in England during the approximate time of early 1800, five daughters of the Bennet family must be married off! Was ever a mother as put upon as Mrs. Bennet? Jane falls deeply in love with the wealthy Mr. Bingley, and it looks as if a romance is possible between Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy. But Mr. Darcy is a very proud young man and he is shocked by mama's vulgar matchmaking! He not only leaves for London, but also manages to take Mr. Bingley with him. Jane is heartbroken. Finally, Mr. Darcy returns to propose to Elizabeth. She promptly refuses and berates him for taking Mr. Bingley away and hurting Jane. The attraction between Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy eventually triumphs over the pride of one and the prejudice of the other.
