Come and join us at Gold Vibe Kombuchary for an epic game night!!!

Gold Vibe is Grass Valley's local brewery that produces small batch hard and soft kombucha of all flavors and varieties. They have a gorgeous space with indoor and outdoor seating, comfy couches and tables, as well as a wide array of games including board games, ping pong, and old school arcade games.

All ages are invited to this game night and pets are also welcome to Gold Vibe. Zalt BBQ will be there offering delicious foods so you can come hungry if you are so inclined and love barbecue like I do!

There is ample parking at the brewery, and bathrooms as well.

This is a free community event, you'll only need money for food and drinks, and arcade games if you are into those. Can't wait to see you there!

Cascade Canal Trail meditative hike:
Been feeling stressed? Here's a quiet, cool, shady mountain hike in the pine forest beside a rippling stream to calm your nerves. Socializing is welcome and encouraged, but let's try to spend at least half of our time looking around at the environment and the wildlife and enjoying some meditative silence.

Trail Conditions: The trail consists of flat wide forested dirt paths ideal for group walking. There are some rocks and roots on the path but the walking is generally easy. The trail is out and back.

Distance: About 4 miles.

Elevation Gain: None

Difficulty: Easy

Time: Allow 2 hours for hiking, scenic views, and meditation.

Temperature: Typically shady temperatures in the 80s in the morning. We will cancel if the predicted high is above 95 for Nevada City (rare even in summer).

Facilities: Dirt paved parking lot, no restrooms or water. You can use the restrooms at the Chevron station in Nevada City or at Pioneer Park.

Carpool: Hikers may make their own carpool arrangements if desired. The drive is about an hour from Roseville.

Equipment to bring: One quart of drinking water and a light snack. A hat and sunscreen. Good trail shoes.

If you have signed up and are not able to attend, please update your RSVP prior to the event. This will allow others who want to attend to do so, and ensure we have the correct count for who will be there. Thank you!

You are invited to a deeply nourishing journey of gentle yoga, open to all bodies, ages, and abilities. Mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

This class invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your breath through mindful movement designed to soothe the nervous system and release tension. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up as you are.

We will transition into a guided meditation to cultivate inner stillness and presence, followed by an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, an ocean wave drum, and the grounding resonance of the wind gong. These healing vibrations support deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and alignment of the body, mind, and spirit.

Come rest, reset, and remember the peace that lives within you.

Event Price - Donation based, $20 suggested. Attendees can pay through cash or venmo.

Join fellow Truth Seekers and Light Workers every Monday evening for a group meditation led by Chuck Petch. Silent meditation, guided meditation, chakra healing, energy work, shamanic journeying, and Akashic Records access will be practiced based on the preferences of those in attendance. Each session includes an opportunity for discussion before and after meditation.

Please arrive on time so as not to interrupt the group.

Small voluntary donations are accepted to reimburse Inner Path for the use of their meditation room.
