Whether the voice is warm and welcoming or cold and unfriendly, it actually becomes the visit card of the office.
In this session you will learn:- how to give the best impression on the phone
- what to answer if you have no answer
- how to deal with angry callers
- which words to avoid
- how to be well prepared on incoming calls
This session adresses persons dealing professionally with incoming calls.
Even this session is about German phone calls, the topic relates to any incoming call in any language in any professional environment.
