The 107th in NJveg’s hiking/walking + vegan dining series will be a joint event with the Plant Based New Jersey Meetup group. We'll start with their potluck at the Clinton Community Center (63 Halsted St, Clinton, NJ 08809). Please note: this is a vegan, no salt, no oil, no sugar, no processed food (e.g., white bread, white pasta) potluck.
After lunch, we’ll head to nearby Ken Lockwood Gorge in Lebanon Township for an optional, easy 3.8 mile out-and-back (you can turn around early if desired) riverside hike. Park in the South Parking lot on Raritan River Rd - GPS coordinates 40.68818° N, 74.88017° W. Carpooling is strongly recommended.

NJveg will answer questions and provide free literature on the benefits of a plant-based life. Come out for an hour, or the entire event. Help spread the word that going vegan saves animals, protects the environment, and improves your health! No experience is necessary. We particularly need help setting up (at 10:15am) and packing up (to about 5pm). Please let us know what times you are available.
