About us
Welcome to the NJ Career & Life Decision Lab. Nothing has to be wrong for you to be here. You can like your job and feel decent about where life is taking you, and still wonder what else is out there. That question is enough. We don't know it all. But we have the tools, the insights, and each other, to work through it together. This community exists to do three things: build support, provide tools, and share perspectives. During a time of big transitions, the thing people need most is permission to feel normal. Alone, that's isolating. Together, it's normalizing. We can't wait to meet you.
