Based in Jacksonville, Florida, N.A.R.C. Angel offers weekly online support meetings for survivors of narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, and toxic relationships nationwide.

PRIVATE ZOOM SUPPORT GROUP
This is a safe, confidential space for those healing from narcissistic abuse.
To protect the privacy of all participants, the Zoom link is ONLY shared with the people who RSVP. It will not be posted publicly or sent to anyone else.
All attendees are admitted through a waiting room to protect the privacy of the group.

This peer-to-peer support group, provides a safe trauma-informed space for healing, sharing experiences and connecting with others. Sessions are member-guided, so we may touch on topics like gaslighting awareness, setting healthy boundaries, recovery from emotional manipulation, or self esteem building, depending on what participants want to discuss.
Our goal is to provide practical tools, community support, and emotional empowerment to help you move forward.

Everyone is welcome to share or simply listen at their own pace, in a space of respect and support. Whether you're in the middle of a confusing relationship, recovering after leaving, or noticing unhealthy patterns in your life, you're welcome here.

I'm Meredith, the founder of N.A.R.C. Angel. I've faced narcissism across my life--from my adoption to my adult relationships. What helped me most wasn't therapy alone, it was connecting with support groups.
Healing with others, sharing my experience, and realizing I wasn't alone made all the difference. That's why I created this group.
