What we’re about
This group offers a space in which to meditate, pray, go within, or just rest in one's Being. Though inspired by Mother Meera, the group is in no way sectarian or exclusive: all are welcome, of all faiths and none. Those with a meditation or prayer practice are welcome to use it, providing it is silent and doesn't disturb others. Those without a practice may sit in silence, or practice 'japa', the silent repetition of any holy word, name or prayer. The core of the meeting is a period of meditation, lasting approximately 30 - 45 minutes depending on people's wishes. There may be a short reading before or after the meditation.
