What weβre about
Welcome to Mid-Hudson Millennials.
Consider us a continuation of the former Catskill/Hudson Millennials group (which is where some of us met π) You may even recognize some of our members.
If you're looking for fun activities, new friends, and cool experiences, then jump aboard! This group is meant to bring together millennials who live in or near the Hudson Valley. While typically a millennial is anyone born from 1981 to 1996, we'd definitely welcome folks a couple years younger or older :)
And don't let the group name fool ya. Though many of us are from the Mid-Hudson area, there's fun to be had all over, be it Albany, NYC, CT, NJ or PA!
Below are some of the things we have done together and want to do more of:
- Dinner and/or drinks
- Art Museums
- Hiking, Gardens, and the Great Outdoors
- Indoor Rock Climbing
- Movie Nights and Game Nights
- Skate Nights!
- Concerts, Fairs, Festivals and Theme Parks
- Outdoor Sports Days
- and so much more!
We'd love to meet more of our generational cohorts in the area and create some cool memories.
Look forward to meeting you!

Enjoy a peaceful stroll through world-class Inisfree Botanical Garden.
Below is a nice description from their website:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Nestled on 185 acres in Millerton, NY, Innisfree is a quintessential American stroll garden. A remarkable synthesis of Modernist and Romantic ideals with Chinese and Japanese garden design principles, the garden harmoniously blends elements of nature with a rare sense of economy and grace.
We welcome visitors to experience the beauty and tranquility of the garden from late April, when thousands of daffodils are in bloom, through early November, when the majestic fall colors reflect off the lake.
Throughout the year, we offer a number of special events and programs where you can learn more about the natural world as well as the cultures and art that inspired Innisfree.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
We plan to arrive at 11am. We tend to be completionists, so please plan to spend at least 2 hours in the garden.
There is a designated picnic area on the site, so do bring a snack if you desire. That said, we do plan to grab lunch somewhere afterwards :)
Tickets are $10. Visitor information and rules can be found here: Visitor Info β Innisfree Garden
NOTE:
- Make sure to bring hydration as it may be very warm out.
- As always, please avoid no-showing. If you think you cannot make an event, please change your RSVP no later than 24 hours before the event (sooner if possible).
