Maxime Pignot is a senior HCM and product strategy professional with nearly two decades of experience, spanning consulting and enablement to product development across Oracle Talent Cloud, Oracle Me and AI Studio. Over the past few years he has focused on applied AI agent design and deployment, bringing production agents for employee engagement and people management to more than 20 enterprise customers across EMEA. Based in Bucharest, he advises HR and IT leaders on where AI genuinely changes the operating model.Dana-Alexandra Georgescu is a Manager at MHP with more than 10 years of experience in HCM, combining hands-on HR expertise with extensive Oracle Cloud HCM consulting experience. Passionate about AI-enabled HR transformation, she focuses on translating emerging technologies into practical business value and helping organizations prepare for the future of work. Based in Berlin, she works with global clients across industries to drive innovation and HR transformation.
