What we’re about

This group is for men of all ages and backgrounds to learn, practice and discuss different areas of men’s health, exercise, diet and lifestyle. 

We’ll start with a mix of different topics of diet and nutrition as well as yoga sessions targeting muscle groups not always stretched or developed in the gym. 

The aim is that the areas covered in this group will grow through the interests, suggestions and recommendations of the members.
