Join us for a transformative Reiki and Sound Bath experience, where we'll harness the power of sound and energy to uplift and renew our minds, bodies, and spirits.
Throughout this event, Maria will be working with the frequencies of Tibetan and Crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, healing percussion and drum. Creating sacred space, they will be played throughout the room and around each person’s body.

I’m a certified Reiki Master Teacher in multiple lineages, a sound healing practitioner, and a meditation guide with over 25 years of experience in holistic healing. – This group is for anyone who identifies as a female.
– Chacana Women’s Group
– Feel free to bring a notebook along with an open mind and an understanding heart. This group is meant for anyone who identifies as a woman.
– Do you often feel as though you are carrying a majority of the emotional and mental load in your life? Is it hard to find spaces where you are seen and receive unconditional support? Would you like to be surrounded by like-minded women who can listen and honor your experiences together? Have you wanted to explore integrating spiritual language into your daily life while sharing your experiences and creating community and connection?
– Then come join us at the Women’s support and educational group monthly, where we focus on mind, body, and spiritual wellness. We will undergo practical and experiential connections to identify a way to strengthen our ability to wear multiple hats in our lives. Come co-create a sacred circle of integration and empowerment where we can be advocates for our own healing and support others as well.
– This group will cover mental health topics as well as spiritual practices to support emotional well-being but is not solely focused on spirituality and is not a therapeutic support group.
– The intent of this group is to provide education and support to women in a safe space of non-judgment, with a professional facilitator to provide structure and guidance. Haruna will guide the group through topics and activities as we learn and grow together.
