Golden Harvest Festival & Parade (Photo walk)

For this walk, we'll be photographing the Golden Harvest Parade. Local photographer Douglas Camero will lead this photo walk.

Theme: Parade Photography - photographing the parade and attendees.

This is a photo walk starting outside of the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium at 10am. From there we’ll walk to the Capitol Mall and return. This is a 3-hour meet-up
Unsure of the weather, so dress appropriately.

Optional: Meet outside of Mike's Camera at 9:30 am SHARP, and we'll do a warm-up photo walk through the Midtown Farmers Market

For this walk we'll be doing the classic Midtown Farmers Market to Old Sacramento (and back) photowalk.

The theme for this walk is Halloween, so dress up. We'll keep it light and fun.

This is a photo walk starting at (Mike's Camera) to Old Sacramento and back. Keeping it to three hours so it's a moderately paced walk. I like to keep this to 3 hours. Might be slightly less or more, depending on the turnout. ----About 4.5 Miles Total. 3 Hour Walk---

McClatchy Park to William Land Park Photo Walk (Entropy)

Theme: Entropy

For this walk, we'll be photographing the inevitable state of entropy. From a pile of scattered bricks, overfilled trash cans, slowly dissipating relationships, and things reverting back to disorder, try to capture the moment this state happens.

This photo walk will be led by local photographer Leijan Legaspi

This is a photo walk starting at Oak Park Brewing Co. We will be walking to McClatchy Park, to Curtis Park, then to William Land Regional Park and back. This is a 3-hour meet-up. (might be slightly longer or shorter)

This is the Inaugural Sacramento Photo Walk-A-Thon.

For this walk, we'll be walking our regular route from the Midtown Farmers Market to Old Sacramento and back. The walk will end there. However, we encourage you to set your year's Personal Record (PR) for steps/miles walked in day. You will receive a bib with a number.

Registration fee: A roll of film or a memory card.
Participation Prize: Your roll of film/memory card back at the end of the walk.

Come to our victory lap the next day, and the person who walked the most miles on the day of the photo-walk-a-thon will receive a free roll of film as their prize (Maybe a medal too)
