Join an Avalon Group Shore House

Is your circle of friends shrinking? Are you tired of the Philly scene? Do you ever wonder why there's not much happening around town on summer weekends? That's because everyone's in Avalon. Want to join the fun? Then consider joining an Avalon group shore house.

Have you ever experienced a shore house? Basically, singles and couples join together to share a house. It's a great opportunity to meet other like-minded mature adults who are looking to make new friends and have a good time.  

I manage three shore houses, one for late-30's to mid-40s and the other two are mostly 40's and 50's. I am looking for a few good guys and gals to fill the houses. Being older is not as important as being young at heart. Age is just a number.  

With hotel rooms costing $400 and up per night, this is a great opportunity if you like the shore but don't have that large circle of friends anymore to share the expense. And since this is also a great way to make new friends, there's no reason to sit home this summer. There'll be plenty of group activities, cookouts, house parties, biking, beach, golfing, pickleball, live bands, and other nightlife.       

I've been running group houses for over 25 years, so I have the experience and good reputation for running clean, organized, drama-free, and fun houses.    

This setup couldn't work without some structure, so there are reasonable rules. I think you can appreciate that. And since everything's in writing, there won't be any surprises once summer starts. If you're interested in getting this additional information, please let me know.
