Social Paddle (Boarding)
The Lions Den, Behind the Red Lion Bishopgate ,, Norwich, GBJoin us for our Social Mondays!
A relaxed, welcoming paddle along the River Wensum, open to everyone with 4 hours paddle boarding experience or more. Come on your own or with friends, and spend a few hours on the water with our community.
If you have paddled with us before, you will know the feeling. If you haven't, this is the perfect place to start.
After we've paddled, join us for a drink and a chat at The Lions' Den River.
Social paddles run every Monday from 6pm, alongside our £5 Social Sauna.

Mindfulness Workshop & Picnic in the Park
6:15-7:15pm - Coming Home to the Body
A 1-hour mindfulness taster
Step out of the noise and into presence.
This gentle, guided session offers a space to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the quiet intelligence within.
In this session, you can expect:- Guided meditation and body awareness practices
- A chance to slow down, reset, and simply be

No experience needed. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more grounded.
7:15-8:30pm - Community Picnic
After the session, stay for a relaxed community picnic in the park. Bring your own picnic and enjoy some company after the session, a chance to connect, unwind and enjoy a summer evening together.What to bring:

OutThere exists because we believe everyone deserves access to community and connection, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why we run these sessions on a Pay What You Can basis.The suggested price is £12 to help us cover costs, £16 if you are able to pay more, which helps us plan more events like this, but if that’s not doable for you right now, please book a free spot and join us for an evening of well-deserved connection and community - No questions asked.
