For our May Saint Augustine REI Meetup, we got the power team of Emanuel Premate & Erica Cucinella speaking on, "The Heart of Real Estate: Serve First. Purpose Driven. People Focused."
Emanuel “E” Premate is a PadSplit Host Advisor, Real Estate Investor, Social Business Advocate and a Yoga Teacher. He has been a part of the PadSplit team since May 2023 and has served over 75+ investors to lead the team’s efforts in creating 1,000+ all-inclusive affordable housing units in the city of Jacksonville. E served as a former social business mentor for young entrepreneurs part of Yunus and Youth’s Social Business Program. He has also supported fundraising over $80,000 to build a school in Malawi with BuildOn.
Formerly a government analyst, college life coach, and high school teacher, Erica has nearly 20 years of experience as a public servant. She took the leap into real estate in July 2024 as a wholesale Sales Associate, where she was able to serve over 100 investors and sell 7 properties in one of the toughest markets in decades. Erica has branded herself as a PadSplit acquisition specialist and is passionate about this purposeful investing strategy.
