This is a welcoming space to move your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself — no choreography, no expectations, no judgment. Just music and the freedom to move however you need.
Inspired by the energy of ecstatic dance, Body Jam is about listening inward and letting movement arise naturally. Some people dance, some stretch, some stay still or breathe. All forms of expression are welcome here.

- 🌀 Doors open: 9:15 AM
- 🌟 Opening Circle: 9:30 AM (please arrive early to sign in and settle)
- 🎶 Freeform Movement: immediately after circle
- 🫶 Closing Circle: final 10–15 minutes
