## Handle Your Shift: Monthly/Weekly Mindfulness Gathering
A shared space for practicing and sharing mindfulness techniques
I’m Sha, and this is a space I hold for people who are learning — like me — how to be present in the moment and show up authentically. I don’t always know how to stay in alignment. But I’m learning how to come back to it — with breath, with rhythm, with presence.
That’s what we’re here, practicing on our own, together.
On the last Saturday of each month, we gather to explore the upcoming month’s 5 Key Ingredients — together, in real time. Through reflection, stillness, movement, breath, and focus, we will move through the full I.A.M. Marination Circuit — each of us in our own time, while holding space for one another to unfold.
This is a space where each person brings something only they carry — a personal insight, lived wisdom, or a way you hold your alignment. When we come together, we create room for those offerings to be shared — not as instructions, but as reflections. The way you move through your own alignment might open something in someone else.
Then, on the last Friday of each month, we return for an Authentic Sharing Circle — This isn’t about staying on track. It’s about learning how to re-align — again, and again… and again.
We are all growing through life at our own pace.
What matters is that we keep finding our way back to our Free Unadulterated Nature.

4️⃣ Breath – Grounding Station (Jupiter + Heart)
5️⃣ Focus – Thematic Station (Venus + Throat)
Each month, you’ll receive a Prep-Kit with prompts, planetary guides, and practical tools to shape your practice in your own way.
