## The Vibe of Our Gathering
### Handle Your Shift: Monthly/Weekly Mindfulness Gathering
A shared space for practicing and sharing mindfulness techniques.
I’m Sha, and this is a space I hold for people who are learning—like me—how to be present in the moment and show up authentically. I don’t always know how to stay in alignment, but I’m learning how to return—with breath, focus, and presence.
That’s what we’re here for, practicing on our own, together.
This space was created to embrace openness and vulnerability. It’s not about having everything figured out or getting it "right." Instead, it’s about becoming comfortable with the impermanence of change and transformation.
On the last Saturday of each month, we gather to explore the upcoming month’s 5 Key Ingredients — together, in real time. Through reflection, stillness, movement, breath, and focus, we will move through the full I.A.M. F.I.T & F.U.N Circuit — through the practice and persistence of setting an Intentional Attitude & Mindset, assisting the body/mind to be Focused In Truth by being Focused Unconditionally Now. Each of us in our own stage and phase, together, holding space for one another to unfold and return to our Free Unadulterated Nature.
This is a space where each person brings something only they carry — a personal insight, lived wisdom, or the way you hold your alignment. When we come together, we create room for those offerings to be shared — not as instructions, but as reflections. The way you move through your own alignment might open something in someone else.
Then, on the last Friday of each month, we return for an Authentic Sharing Circle — This isn’t about staying on track. It’s about learning how to re-align — again, and again… and again.
We are all growing through life at our own pace.
What matters is that we keep finding our way back to our Free Unadulterated Nature.

Together, we’ll explore Chanting Meditation as a warm-up—a vocal grounding practice that connects us to our own truth through sound and vibration. Then, we’ll open space for heartfelt sharing and active listening. This isn’t about performance—it’s about presence.

Welcome, Anam Cara!
On the last Saturday of each month, we gather to introduce and practice our 5 new Key Ingredients for the upcoming month. This month’s theme, Sacred Re-entry, invites you to soften your focus, reclaim your center, and return to yourself with breath, movement, sound, and truth.
This special session blends mindful action with intentional reflection. We will be briefly exploring each practice, followed by 5-minute guided experiences to support your ongoing shift from survival mode into thriving.### August’s 5 Key Ingredients:

Practice: Seasonal Integration Journaling
This practice helps you name what has been scattered or overextended during the summer, and what you're ready to call back. Let your journal become a portal for reconnection and reflection.
Still Waters Meditation (Mars + Sacral Chakra)
Practice: Visualization Meditation
A gentle inward practice using breath and imagination to regulate your inner waters. Mars teaches us how to act through stillness, rather than reactivity.
Core Realignment Flow (Mercury + Solar Plexus Chakra)
Practice: Centering Yoga Sequence
This short yoga practice draws energy back to your center. Mercury brings clarity through motion; this is movement that listens inward.
Breath of Belonging (Jupiter + Heart Chakra)
Practice: Breath & Affirmation
Simple breath patterns paired with affirmations like "I am here. I belong." to reconnect to the body and heart. Jupiter’s energy expands our sense of inner and outer belonging.
Sacred Sounding + Truth Ripple (Venus + Throat Chakra)
Practice: Vocal Toning + Authentic Sharing
Use sound to open the throat and access your truth. Then join a safe space to name one truth you’re holding, with or without words. Venus helps us relate with gentleness and honesty.### Event Details:
