Super Circuit - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am

Location: Me Fitness on NE Alberta & MLK

Enjoy a 14:1 student/trainer ratio while gaining strength and flexibility with Kettle bells, dumb bells, body weight moves, medicine balls, and more! This challenging circuit class emphasizes explosive strength, endurance and stamina. Prepare for a fun and productive workout and great energy! Please arrive early as class will begin right on time. Late arrivals will not ensure you a spot in the class. This class will take place in the Playground.

Cardio Conditioning Class is at Me Fitness Studios

Wednesday's at 6am

Enjoy a 14:1 student/trainer ratio in Cardio Conditioning with expert trainers! Low to moderate intensity exercises are alternated with high-intensity cardio exercises, with or without equipment. Get ready to sweat while increasing both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance and boosting metabolism! Get ready to sweat and bring a yoga mat if you have one! Please arrive early/on time. Late arrivals are not guaranteed a spot in class.

Restorative Bodywork Class

Unwind, release, and reset. This gentle, guided class blends supported stretches, mindful breathwork, and therapeutic touch techniques to melt away tension and restore balance in the body. Perfect for stress relief, recovery, and deep relaxation with no experience needed, just come ready to let go.

Price: $75

Perfect for stress relief, recovery, and deep relaxation with no experience needed, just come ready to let go.

This class is open for all levels and limited to 6 students. Each pose is held for 5-8 minutes while the teacher comes around and massages different parts of the body. Class will end with a hot towel foot wrap and scalp massage.
