**Our October novel is: *The Drowning Kind* by Jennifer McMahon** **This month’s pick leans all the way into dark and creepy. Think ghosts, crime, and a heavy noir vibe—with plenty of suspense and supernatural twists mixed in. The book is 368 pages in print and 11 hours and 48 minutes on audiobook.** Be careful what you wish for.
