We all feel stuck in life from time to time. This tells us that it's time to do something different. Getting unstuck requires looking at ourselves and the world with fresh eyes. We will practice and discuss. This event is based on Tristan's personal mastery approach, where we learn to make friends with our mind to cultivate personal growth and inner peace. We explore the intersections of Buddhism, Stoicism, modern Psychology, and other approaches towards this goal.
