Wie auf dem Bild bereits ersichtlich "streckt" sich das Café, was uns eine besonders geeignete Basis für intensiven Austausch zwischen den Teilnehmern ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus gibt es hervorragenden Kaffee sowie Gebäck- und Kuchen-Spezialitäten, vielleicht sogar in einem besonderen Combo-Deal für BNB-Teilnehmer. ;-) Vor Ort gibt es wie gewohnt frische Geschäftskontakte, neue Denkansätze und interessante Kooperationsmöglichkeiten. Wir stoßen dies durch eine moderierte Kontaktrunde an, in der sich jeder Teilnehmer kurz vorstellen (ca. 1 Minute) und anschließend intensiven Austausch mit den anderen Teilnehmern betreiben kann. Ein ca. **10-minütiger Impulsvortrag** mit ganz viel Mehrwert für euch ist auch wieder eingeplant - dieses Mal mit Katharina Anna Klumpp zum Thema "Kundenkommunikation: Wie gehe ich am besten vor, damit auch bei komplexen Aufträgen möglichst keine Missverständnisse zwischen meinen Kunden und mir entstehen?" Aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich sagen - und denke viele von euch haben das auch schon erlebt: Wir alle haben oft ganz unterschiedliche Bilder (wortwörtlich und metaphorisch gesprochen) im Kopf, obwohl wir denken "Das ist doch klar!" und "Das kann man ja nur so sehen wie ich!" ...und schwupps, war die Kommunikation und vielleicht der ganze Auftrag im Eimer. Damit das nicht passiert, bekommt ihr dieses mal von Anna wertvolle Tipps :)... **Manche der zukünftigen Slots für den Impulsvortrag sind noch frei:** falls ihr also bei einem zukünftigen Treffen selbst vortragen (oder gar mal ein Treffen moderieren) möchtet, meldet euch gern bei uns!
