About us
"What if aging well was a skill you could actively practice, together?"
Welcome to Longevity Boston, the Boston chapter of Longevity Cities (longevity-cities.com 🔗). We're a community in Boston for people who take healthspan and aging well seriously and like doing it in good company.
Longevity means different things to different people. For some it's feeling strong and clear at 80. For others it's pushing the outer limits of what a human lifespan can be. Wherever you land on that spectrum, you're in the right place. What we share is the same goal: more years, and more life in every one of them. A lot of that comes down to habits, nutrition, and paying attention to the actual science. But one part is easy to overlook: you don't do it well on your own.
That's why we think community is one of the core pillars of longevity, right alongside how you eat, move, sleep, and recover. The information is out there. What's harder to find is a room of people who'll share what's working, ask good questions, and keep you at it.
Boston runs on research and rigor, from world-class hospitals and universities to the biotech labs of Kendall Square, with the Charles River Esplanade for the rest of us. We're building the community layer on top of that, minus the expensive clinics, extreme protocols, and hype.
What we do
- Host free longevity events where like-minded Bostonians connect, share what's working, and learn from each other
- Bring in experts and turn cutting-edge longevity science into real, honest conversation
Who it's for
- Anyone who wants to sustainably improve their health and well-being
- People who want to stay current on the habits, nutrition, and products actually worth their time
- Anyone who'd rather learn from a room of real people than a feed of strangers
What to expect
Talks and discussions on nutrition, habits, biohacking, and the latest research, plus genuine peer exchange on what's working in real life. Every event is free. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are.
Want to get involved?
We're always looking for people who want to help shape events, bring ideas, and grow the community across Boston. Come say hi at your first meetup. We'd love to meet you.
