About us
This is an interactive online community for professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs and adults interested in understanding how people make decisions under pressure.
Using ideas from neuroscience, psychology and behavioral science, we explore how fear, uncertainty, self-doubt and social pressure can influence judgment, confidence and behavior.
Our events are designed for active participation, not one-way lectures. Members can expect:
- Introductions and opportunities to connect
- Facilitated discussions and real-world case studies
- Small-group breakout conversations
- Practical reflection and decision-making exercises
- Peer learning, shared insights and respectful discussion
Topics may include managing uncertainty, reducing overthinking, recognizing reactive patterns, communicating under pressure and making decisions that reflect your goals and values.
The group is facilitated by Dr. Sajid Shah, an interdisciplinary researcher and entrepreneur. The organizer introduces research-informed ideas and guides the sessions, while members’ experiences, questions and perspectives remain central to every event.
We welcome respectful participation, different viewpoints and genuine connection. Events must not be used primarily for unrelated promotion, recruitment or sales.
