Welcome to this group dedicated to Pilates classes in Lisbon! This group is for anyone looking to move their body, improve their posture, breathe more deeply, and feel amazing through Pilates. Whether you're a total beginner or already familiar with the practice, you're warmly invited to join.
We'll meet up in beautiful spots around Lisbon: parks, studios, or cozy indoor spaces, to enjoy Pilates sessions in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. It's not just about working out, but also about connecting with like-minded souls, having fun, and taking care of yourself.
