What we’re about
This group is hosted by mom and daughter. Cheryl is a Reiki master Violet flame, master has dolphin Reiki and is a sound healer. Ashen is a Shaman hypnotherapist and psychic. We are calling all women who want to connect to a sisterhood to see each other hold each other and be bonded. We are going to explore our femininity. Coming back to a state of divine feminine happens in tribe and around other women. When we support each other as sisters, we become more our ourselves and have healthier relationship. This group is about deep connection. This group is about singing sound medicine. exercises and relating games that will allow us to bond learning and coming back to you healthy relationships. We will explore topics such as boundaries, authenticity values, and needs. Other themes include: Self Love, Shadow Work, Somatic embodied and somatic releasing, ancestral healing, internal family systems.
