Welcome to the Lehigh Valley Cycling Club's Meetup Calendar. Here we list our cycling events, and some non-cycling fun as well. Our recreational, social rides are available at various paces and will take you mostly around the counties of Lehigh and Berks. We are blessed to experience the beauty that makes up this part of Pennsylvania.
While we are happy to see so many take an interest in our Ride Calendar, following here does not grant LVCC membership. We would be thrilled to have you all become dues paying LVCC members! Here are some of the benefits:

CONFIRMED DATES: May 2 - May 4
Please join your LVCC riding buddies for the annual Eastern Shore Weekend May 2-4 , 2025. As usual we have rides planned for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
As in 2024, our host hotel will be the Holiday Inn Express Easton, 8561 Ocean Gateway, Easton, MD. The room rate is $199 per room plus a 10% tax. PLEASE NOTE: They have a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY requirement on spring weekends so plan accordingly.
As before you will book your own rooms. I have a block of 15 rooms with two queen beds under the group name Lehigh Valley Cycling Club.

The rate is available till April 2, 2025. After that rooms may not be available so book early. (The standard, refundable room rate is $264 + tax)
If you will be cycling You MUST BE A LVCC MEMBER (insurance purposes).

https://ridewithgps.com/collections/3434686The Saturday ride takes us to Hooper's Island. Like last year, the Hooper's Island Volunteer Fire Company will be hosting a rest top for us. They did a great job last year and are looking forward to seeing us again.

While not exactly close to Easton, I'm including this as a potential side trip either on the way down or back from Easton. The museum is free and tours are available. I'm adding this because I visited and found it very interesting.Lets make this weekend a blast.
Paul Smith: Organizer - Oxford – Bellevue 26 Mile LoopHoliday Inn Express Easton, an IHG Hotel, Easton, MD
This ride takes you to the very pretty town of Oxford and a short ferry ride across the Tred Avon River to Bellevue. Oxford has as very good ice cream shop! The route also goes through Easton.
We will meet in lobby of the Holiday Inn Express Easton, 8561 Ocean Gateway, Easton, MD. Be ready for a 2:00 start.
