Light Body Expansion is the awakening and activation of your energetic light body through kundalini activation or the transmission of pure life force energy. This vital force—often referred to as qi or prana—exists throughout the cosmos and is deeply embedded within each of us. Through this safe and natural energy transmission, your kundalini—your pure life force—begins to rise, activating healing, transformation, and alignment with your highest potential. As this energy moves through your system, it clears blockages, recalibrates your nervous system, and invites profound inner change. As kundalini energy rises, it moves through and purifies the energetic channels of the body, ultimately leading to a full activation of the light body.
During this process, light language is also transmitted and initiated. More expansive than kundalini activation alone, light language serves as a higher-dimensional frequency transmission of unconditional love. Unlike human languages, it is non-linear and multidimensional, carrying encoded information that is received through resonance rather than interpretation. Expressed through sound, movement, or vibration, light language bypasses the mind and speaks directly to your soul, awakening cosmic remembrance, activating dormant potential, and deepening your connection to your divine essence.

What is Kundalini Activation?
It is a journey to understanding and getting in touch with the deepest - your inner most authentic self. In this process the kundalini energy that is dormant at the base of the spine is awakened through a process of life force energy transmission from the crown energy center/chakra allowing your kundalini energy to awaken from the root energy center/chakra. You may experience many somatic releases in this process as you expand and feel the kundalini energy rising.
What is Light Language Activation?
Light Language is the language of the light that speaks to your consciousness. They are codes that your consciousness understands and responds to. When your body starts moving in certain ways, or you start to have sensory or astral experiences thats your consciousness that is responding to the light energy codes. Light Language channeled to activate the kundalini energy within you is a very intense yet beautiful experience.

In the class you will be lying down as I work with your energy centres whether it's somatic releases or allowing you to receive or release this energy you simply surrender to the present moment.
